We have currently opted not to store any credit card information on our site

Have Send the Trend’s prices changed?

What is a Retail Value?
The Retail Value represents either an actual comparison-shopped
price, or the price at which Send the Trend believes that the same or a comparable
product would be offered by department stores or other retailers using a customary
markup for that product category. The Retail Value does not necessarily represent the
prevailing retail price in every community, and does not represent a price at which Send
the Trend will sell a product.
Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?
There are certain instances where an order can be adjusted after it’s been
placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact our Customer Service

placed that day. Send the Trend cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made to orders.

How much is shipping?
We ship to any location within the contiguous United States. Prices vary depending on the type of shipping selected. Note that for an additional
cost, we do offer expedited and one-day shipping within the contiguous U.S.
When you purchase more than one product from the same brand, you will pay full shipping and handling charges on the first product and only 50% of the shipping and handling charges on each additional product. All eligible products in the order must be from the same brand and must be shipped to the same address. The 50% discount will be applied to the lowest shipping and handling charges. Does Send the Trend ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
At this time, Send the Trend only ships within the contiguous United States.

Yes, however please note that one business day will be added to your order’s arrival date.
What does “Expected Ship Date” mean?
This simply indicates the anticipated date on which your order will ship. If
we are unable to send your order on or after this date, you will be notified by Customer
Service and given the option to receive either a refund or a site credit, or to continue to
wait for the item(s). Note that the option to wait is dependent upon product availability.
Why did I only receive one of the items I ordered?
Send the Trend ships from multiple distribution centers; therefore, you
may receive your items separately. If you have not received your complete order after 2

What is Send the Trend’s return policy?
Note that for the holiday season, we have extended our 30-day return

How do I return an item?
Simply follow the return instructions on the packslip that came with the
