Send the Trend is pleased to offer shipping to Canada on select items for an additional shipping and handling fee of $10 per item, which will be automatically added to the order total at checkout. Prices will still be reflected in USD. Note that orders to Canada may also incur additional state taxes or import fees.

Estimated delivery time to Canada is up to 14 business days.

Returns from Canada are subject to the same return policy as returns from within the contiguous U.S. Returns must be in transit to Send the Trend within 15 days of receipt of the item. Note that Send the Trend does not provide prepaid labels for items returned from Canada. The customer may choose the return shipping method they find most convenient and affordable.

When you are signed onto My Style, click your username at the top-right toolbar, then click Edit Info. Select the checkbox to "Hide Your Account" to have your account hidden from search indexes. Be sure to click Continue at the bottom of the page. This change will not take effect immediately, as we cannot flush Google's cache, however they update their information regularly and your account will soon be fully hidden.

If you have existing credits in your account, the credit balance will be pulled for payment first. Promotion codes will be applied to items once your credit balance reaches zero.

Send the Trend only sends you an accessory when you order one.

The Skip button is located on the top left under the My Gallery tab directly under the month and year between the 1st & 5th of every month. You will see a Skip button if you have made a credit card purchase on Send the Trend. If you purchased using a Groupon only or have never made a credit card purchase on Send the Trend, you will not have a Skip button in your Gallery.

  • Place the items you wish to purchase in your cart.
  • Where you see PROMO CODE, enter in your code with the dashes, NOT the # sign. For example: 123456-0-1. Click APPLY.
  • A message will appear stating that your order has been updated (you will not see that the dollar amount has been changed until you move further along in the checkout process).
  • Confirm your order. Enter in your shipping and billing information. Select GIFT CARD option, not credit card option. Here you may need to enter the code again, however this time without the dashes. For example: 12345601.
  • Complete check out.

 

 

1.) Invite friends to join Send the Trend. When ten of your invited friends have become registered users, you will receive a credit for one free accessory!  If one of the friends you've invited buys, you receive a $5 credit.
2.) Share items you love on Facebook and Twitter. Every time a friend purchases from the link you have posted, you will receive a $5 credit!
3.) Express your style. Receive a $10 credit every time someone buys from the My Style store you’ve created! If someone registers from the My Style you’ve created, you will receive a $3 credit.

Log onto www.sendthetrend.com and start by placing items you wish to purchase in your cart. Our system will automatically apply your existing credits to your order total.

Send the Trend ships from multiple distribution centers; therefore, you may receive your items separately. If you have not received your complete order after 2 weeks, please contact Customer Service by calling 877-262-4889 or sending an email to help@sendthetrend.com.

Unfortunately, no. Any code you receive offering a discount must be used individually and cannot be combined with others. This also applies to promotional deals such as Groupon.

Search for it! If you don't see an accessory you love, please type what you're looking for into the Search field and the closest corresponding matches will appear. We also recommend searching "Christian Favorite", "Divya Favorite" or "Mariah Favorite" to see what the STT team is loving every month!

In our search bar, you can type in any word that best fits the type of item you are looking for. The accessories that best match your description will appear. For example, if you are looking for blue or red earrings, simply type in those words and the accessories we have most similar to your search enquiry will appear. Each item you select will be $29.95, and remember: you do not have to wait until the beginning of the month to purchase! You can shop for your friends anytime you like.

The Send the Trend pouch that comes with your accessory is ideal for storing it! It helps to prevent scratching and dust accumulation when you are not wearing your accessory. We recommend that if you wish to use the pouch for anything other than storing your accessory, wash the pouch in cold water to avoid any transfer of color onto your clothing items or handbags.

Before you cancel your membership, please remember that your card will not be charged unless you have placed an order for an accessory. Additionally, you always have the option to skip a month if you do not want an accessory for any reason. Simply click on “Skip This Month” in your Gallery by the 5th of the month. If you do decide to cancel, you may do so at any time with no cancellation fee. We strive to provide the best service we can, so you may cancel your membership by calling our Client Services department at 1.877.262.4889 Monday – Friday 10:00 am–6:30 pm (EST).

Send the Trend prides itself on the service our experienced fashion team provides, and we make sure to cover as many sources as possible to find the right accessories for you. We work hard to select the highest quality and most fashionable items for our customers to choose from every month.

We ship to any location within the contiguous United States free of charge. Shipping usually takes between seven and ten business days for delivery. We pay return shipping. Expedited delivery may be arranged by contacting customer service before placing your order and paying an additional charge. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are charged a $10 shipping and handling fee per item. This charge covers additional postage and handling required to ship to these locations. We also ship to Canada for additional shipping and handling fees. Currently we do not ship overseas.

Absolutely. Each additional accessory you purchase will be $29.95 per item*. You may also search for accessories on our site, as well as check out the accessories we feature on our blog!

*Handbags are $39.95.

 If you do not skip the month or do not choose an accessory between the 1st and the 5th of the month, you will be charged $29.95 on the 6th day of that month. This charge, however, translates into an account credit on our site that you can redeem to purchase an accessory at a later date. These account credits will expire after one year, and you can only hold up to 5 account credits at a time. You can view your account credit status under “My Account”. We will always apply any available Send the Trend account credits before attempting to charge your credit card, so you do not need to contact us to make a purchase using an account credit. Send the Trend account credits have no cash value and can only be redeemed for an accessory. If you cancel your account with Send the Trend, any unused account credits you have will become void.

To process a return, please log into our site. Select the FEEDBACK link, located on the bottom navigation bar, adjacent to the CONTACT US link. Complete the provided form, ensuring that you select PRODUCT RETURN. After you have submitted your entry, click on the link to print your USPS shipping label. You will receive an email with your Return Authorization number shortly thereafter. For identification purposes, please be sure to include your invoice with your return shipment. Note that returns must be processed within 15 days of delivery. Trendsday items and items purchased using promotion codes are final sale and non-returnable.

No-- Send the Trend sells only new accessories, and what you purchase from us is yours to keep.

If for any reason you don’t like your original selection, just click the “Show Me Another Selection” button and we will provide you with another selection of five accessories. If you still don’t like what you see, you can choose “Let Send the Trend choose” and we will choose one amazing, on-trend accessory for you.  Remember, you can always email us with comments, suggestions or improvements you’d like to see on Send the Trend.

After you’ve chosen your accessory, you will be able to see new accessory selections on the first of every month.  You can also visit Send the Trend at any time and browse the accessories we feature on our blog or call our customer service department to inquire about buying additional accessories.

After you've indicated your style preferences, your Gallery will be immediately filled with a selection of accessories to choose from. You are not limited to your gallery, however. Please feel free to shop from any and all of our Trends!

It’s easy to get started. Here’s how:

1. Take our style survey:
To join Send the Trend, start by taking our style survey. By answering a few simple questions, we will get an idea of what your individual style is like and will then be able to recommend accessories for you based on your responses.

2. Register:
After you complete our style survey, you’ll need to enter your shipping and billing information. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until you select your first accessory.

3.  Our team will create a selection of accessories for you to choose from:
Once you complete the survey and enter all necessary information, we will choose personalized accessory options based on your style survey results.

4. Choose your accessory:
You will be presented with a list of four accessories to choose from. Of these four, you may choose one to purchase. You will also receive one monthly trend item which you may also select instead of the four choices we have send you.  You can also buy more than one if you’d like!

5. Order new accessories:
Send the Trend is a monthly membership club. Once you become a member, you will be charged $29.95 on the 6th day of each month. This cost covers one accessory, free shipping, as well as our team choosing exclusive accessories specifically for you. We understand that not everyone wants a new accessory every month, so if you'd like to skip a month, simply log in to your account by the 5th day of the month and click the "Skip This Month" button and you will not be charged for that month. If you haven't purchased accessories from Send the Trend before, your credit card will not be charged and you do not need to request to skip a month.
