All orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States are shipped FREE of charge via the USPS. Send the Trend also provides return shipping labels, available under the FEEDBACK section of the site. Shipments usually take 7-10 business days for delivery. Expedited delivery may be arranged by contacting our Customer Services department before placing your order. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or US territories outside the contiguous US, except Canada. Send the Trend is pleased to offer shipping to Canada on select items for an additional shipping and handling fee of $10 per item, which will be automatically added to the order total at checkout. Prices will still be reflected in USD. Note that orders to Canada may also incur additional state taxes or import fees. Estimated delivery time to Canada is up to 14 business days.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an accessory you have purchased, you may return it in exchange for a Send the Trend site credit. Accessories must be returned within 15 days of delivery and be in new and unused condition. We do not accept returns on Trendsday items or items purchased using promotion codes. To obtain a prepaid return shipping label, simply log into the site and select the FEEDBACK link, located on the bottom navigation bar, adjacent to the CONTACT US link. Once you have submitted the form, you will be provided a link to print your prepaid return shipping label and you will receive a Return Authorization number via email. Be sure to include your order invoice and Return Authorization with your item(s) and to note your return address on your label. Affix your prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package prior to drop-off at any USPS shipping location. Credits resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th are only eligible for a refund up to 30 days past the date of the charge. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

Returns from Canada are subject to the same return policy as returns from within the contiguous U.S. Returns must be in transit to Send the Trend within 15 days of receipt of the item. Note that Send the Trend does not provide prepaid labels for items returned from Canada. The customer may choose the return shipping method they find most convenient and affordable.
