Most orders are sent Standard Ground Shipping via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.

Delivery timeframes are from the date the order is placed and credit card authorization is received or payment is applied.

  • Best Standard Delivery: Allow 7-10 working days from your order date for delivery. All orders will be shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.
  • USPS First Class Mail: Allow 7-10 working days from your order date for delivery. All order will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service
  • UPS Premium: Order before noon ET on a working day and the package ships the same day. Order after noon ET and the package ships the next working day. Please allow 1 to 3 working days from the order date for delivery.
  • UPS Express: Order before noon ET on a working day and the package ships the same day. Order after noon ET and the package ships the next working day. Please allow 4 working days from the order date for delivery.
  • USPS Priority: Used only to send to P.O. Box addresses.

The order entry system defaults to generic ship methods for most items. This means that the distribution center will determine the least costly actual ship method to ensure timely delivery.

Note: You may select your preferred shipping method for each item in your order.

What is Send the Trend’s return policy?

Send the Trend wants you to love your purchase! If for any reason you do not, send it back within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or full refund of the purchase price, less the applicable Send the Trend Return Label fee.

You have the choice of a refund or a site credit. If no preference is selected on your return slip, we will default to issuing a refund.

If your item is damaged in transit, or if Send the Trend sends the wrong item (hey, mistakes happen!), you will not be charged the price of the return label.

How is an item returned?

Simply follow the return instructions on the packslip that came with the item. Complete, detach, and enclose the return form with the item. Please be sure to fill in all information. Don’t tape or staple the packslip to the returned item. Leave the slip loose within the package.
